Journal Article 2024 06 04 In Nahj al-Balagha, the negative aspects of management have not received serious attention compared to the positive aspects, which have been systematically compiled. The present study examines the negative aspects of management from the perspective of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) in Nahj al-Balagha and its commentary. It has extracted 440 instances of negative aspects of management through a targeted study and a combined content analysis method, emphasizing the counting of analysis units (words) in the quantitative section and conceptual analysis in the qualitative section from the mentioned sources. All negative aspects derived from Nahj al-Balagha have been summarized into 20 groups based on commonalities such as origin, effect, and cause-and-effect relationship. The research results indicate that these 20 groups can be categorized under the principle of ignorance, and within it, oppression and injustice. Since the word "ignorance" is frequently repeated in selected books of Nahj al-Balagha and its commentary, it can be considered one of the most important negative aspects. Ignorance encompasses a wide range of meanings and should not be limited to its current and conventional sense. Oppression and injustice rank next among the negative aspects, holding special importance in establishing governance at the macro level and micro-management at the organizational level. در نهج‌البلاغه وجوه سلبی مدیریت در مقایسه با وجوه ایجابی که به صورت مدون گردآوری شده، مورد توجه جدی قرار نگرفته است. پژوهش حاضر، وجوه سلبی مدیریت از منظر امام علی علیه السلام در نهج‌البلاغه و شرح آن را بررسی کرده است و 440 مورد وجوه سلبی مدیریت را از طریق مطالعه هدفمند و شیوه تحلیل محتوای ترکیبی با تأکید بر شمارش واحدهای تحلیل (واژه‌ها) در بخش کمی و تحلیل مفهومی در بخش کیفی از منابع مذکور استخراج کرده است. کلیه وجوه سلبی برآمده از نهج‌البلاغه بر اساس اشتراک‌هایی چون منشأ، اثر و رابطه علی و معلولی در 20 گروه خلاصه شده‌اند. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که می‌توان این 20 گروه را در اصل جهل و در ذیل آن ظلم و بی عدالتی تقسیم نمود و از آنجا که واژه جهل در کتاب‌های منتخب نهج‌البلاغه و شرح آن بیشتر تکرار شده است، می‌توان آن را به‌ عنوان یکی از مهمترین وجوه سلبی درنظر گرفت. جهل گستره‌ی گسترده‌ای از معانی را در برگرفته و نباید آن را به معنای موجود و متعارف آن محدود کرد. ظلم و بی عدالتی نیز در وجوه سلبی دررتبه بعدی قراردارد که اهمیت ویژه‌ای در تثبیت حاکمیت در سطح کلان و مدیریت خرد و در سطح سازمان دارد. https://www.nahjmagz.ir/article_240493_6f9b1fd545023e24097f946532b3a539.pdf
