Utilizing the Grounded Theory method, the present research aims to investigate how economic justice is realized from the perspective of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) in Nahj al-Balagha and to identify the mechanisms for its realization within the Imam's theoretical praxis, specifically through the sermons and letters of Nahj al-Balagha. The findings of this study, based on the aforementioned method, led to the discovery of two central categories: "Piety" and "Rights-centeredness. Accordingly, the hypothesis of this research posits that piety and rights-centeredness facilitate the establishment of economic justice in society. According to the research findings, the implementation of piety and rights-centeredness requires actions such as aiding the people and decisive struggle against oppressors. The most critical causal conditions for this realization are obedience to God's commands and the affirmation of the Prophet (PBUH), while steadfastness and perseverance on the path of truth serve as the most significant contextual conditions. Furthermore, courage and the absence of fear are identified as the primary intervening conditions. The most vital strategic actions in this regard include acting upon divine commands, enduring the hardships of the path of truth, and engaging in guidance, enlightenment, and encouraging perseverance against such difficulties. The ultimate consequence and outcome of these processes are the establishment of truth and the eradication of falsehood. دو مقوله عدالت و اقتصاد هم به تنهایی و هم در کنار یکدیگر؛ از مقولات کلیدی در زندگی انسانها به شمار می‌روند. پژوهش حاضر سعی دارد تا با بهره‌گیری از روش داده بنیاد به بررسی چگونگی تحقق عدالت اقتصادی از دیدگاه امام علی علیه السلام در نهج‌البلاغه بپردازد؛ و راهکارهای تحقق آن را در سیره نظری امام؛ در خطبه‌ها و نامه‌های نهج‌البلاغه مورد جستجو قرار دهد. دستاورد پژوهش پیش رو بر اساس این روش، کشف مقوله‌های مرکزی «تقوا» و «محور قرار دادن حق» است؛ که با توجه به آن فرضیه حاصل از پژوهش حاضر چنین است که؛ تقوا و محور قرار دادنِ حق موجب برپایی عدالت اقتصادی در جامعه می‌شود. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر، تقوا و حق محوری برای اجرا، نیازمند اموری چون یاری مردم، مبارزه قاطعانه با ستمگران و ... می‌باشد؛ و مهم‌ترین شرایط سبب‌سازِ آن، اطاعت اوامر و دستورات خداوند و تصدیق پیامبر’ است، و استقامت و استواری در راه حق از مهم‌ترین شرایط متکی بر زمینه می‌باشد. مهم‌ترین شرایط دخیل نیز شجاعت و عدم ترس در این مسیر است و مهم‌ترین عمل راهبردی در این زمینه، عمل نمودن به دستورات خدا، استقامت در مقابل سختی‌های مسیر حق و نیز ارشاد و روشنگری و آگاه‌سازی و تشویق به استقامت در مقابل سختی‌های مسیر حق است، و پیامد و حاصل آن برپایی حق و نابودی باطل است.
