Journal Article 2024 10 14 This research employs a descriptive-analytical method to investigate the position and impact of repentance (Tawbah) on the transcendence of servitude ethics (Akhlaq al-Bandagi) from the perspective of Nahj al-Balagha. The study is conducted by elucidating the semantics of repentance across five existential dimensions of man: beliefs, emotions, volitions, actions, and speech. In the dimension of beliefs, repentance serves as a symbol of faith in the greatness, wisdom, justice, and divine forgiveness that are intrinsically linked to human existential needs. In the emotional dimension, repentance encompasses various levels, including the feeling of remorse for sin and the sense of separation from the Divine Origin. In the volitional dimension, repentance refers to the decision to abandon sin, the resolve to utilize divine blessings, and the striving toward returning to union with God. The consequences of repentance in the internal dimensions are clearly reflected in human actions and speech. In the stage of action, the repentant individual attains the station of piety (Wara) by abstaining from sins and, through seeking forgiveness (Istighfar), endeavors to preserve the path of servitude and cultivate sincerity (Ikhlas) in their deeds. In conclusion, the role of repentance as an ideal model of servitude ethics in Nahj al-Balagha is decisive and unparalleled across individual, social, and environmental spheres. This research aims to depict the broad and profound dimensions of repentance within these realms and demonstrate its significance in elevating servitude ethics. این پژوهش به بررسی جایگاه وتأثیر توبه در تعالی اخلاق بندگی از منظر نهج‌البلاغه به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی پرداخته است. و از طریق تبیین معناشناسی توبه در پنج ساحت وجودی انسان- یعنی عقاید، احساسات، خواست‌ها، کردارها و گفتارها - به انجام می‌رسد. در ساحت باورها، توبه نمادی از اعتقاد به عظمت، حکمت، عدالت و غفران الهی است که به نیازهای وجودی انسان وابسته است. در ساحت عواطف، توبه دارای مراتب مختلفی از جمله احساس پشیمانی از گناه و فراق از مبدأ می‌باشد. در ساحت ارادی ، توبه به تصمیم ‌برترک گناه، عزم بر بهره‌گیری از نعمت‌های الهی، و آهنگ بازگشت به وصال خداوند اشاره دارد. پیامدهای توبه در ساحت‌های درونی به وضوح در کردار و گفتار انسان منعکس می‌شود. انسان تائب در مرحله کردار با پرهیز از گناهان به مقام ورع می‌رسد و با إستغفار، سعی در حفظ مسیر بندگی و ایجاد اخلاص در اعمال خود دارد. در مجموع، نقش توبه به عنوان نمونه‌ای ایده‌آل از اخلاق بندگی در نهج‌البلاغه، در عرصه‌های اخلاق فردی، اجتماعی و محیطی سرنوشت‌ساز و بی‌بدیل است. این پژوهش بر آن است تا ابعاد گسترده و عمیق توبه را در این ساحت‌ها به تصویر بکشد و اهمیت آن را در ارتقای اخلاق بندگی به نمایش گذارد. https://www.nahjmagz.ir/article_245353_535d74570e16f78717a47c9cf78e3f85.pdf
