The subject of government and political module in Islam can be categorized into two subjects: 1) the presence era of immaculate imam 2) the absence era of immaculate imam. In the presence era, governing is based on the “Imamat” system (in the proper sense) which means in a divine-chosen mechanism, the right of governing is submitted to the immaculate ones. However how is this in the absence era and what relationships and attachment does it have with the general “Imamat Regim” Module? Basically can this matter be seen skeptical? This columns hypothesis has gone in the direction that the teachings of “Nahjol balaqe” such as verse(khotbeh) number 40 and letter number 62, with demonstrative arguments, has known the political module of absence era to be the religious regime (not just religion owners regime) and governing of it should be reserved for those who are the best in knowledge, justice, adequacy.
